Bestselling health guru Ralph Quinlan Forde is author of The Book of Tibetan Medicine which is now in 11 languages and endorsed by Professor Jan De Vries. Working as a Holistic Medicine Consultant for over a decade, he uses herbal medicine, homeopathy and nutrition to restore health and well-being. Last year he published his book NutriWine which details how wine can protect from a heart attack and diabetes and even certain cancers. He has been practicing mindfulness for 20 years. Ralph has been featured in the Irish Examiner, BBC and Newstalk.
He has now trained over 2,000 people through his 6 & 8 week mindfulness course and nurses in ten HSE hospitals and hospital groups. Scoring 10/10 repeatedly and to rave reviews - empowering healing and transforming the people. He has just returned from Brussels where he spent the last four years working in private boutique practice with employees of the European Parliament and European Commission. He studied organisational psychology at University as part of his degree.
Francis Lanuza, BS Arch
Francis graduated with a degree in architecture, cum laude, and has since worked with architectural firms in Asia and a secondment in Procter and Gamble Brussels for their corporate Europe, Middle East and African projects. He also works as a design, branding and graphics consultant for Learning to Exhale and Mindful Beauty. He is now pursuing study and practice into healing spaces and design, and currently is in Phase 2 of registration with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland. He has recently worked in various HSE design projects and art commissions (including the UMHL Rose Room funded by the Irish Hospice Foundation). Francis has also chronicled his healing experiences through painting, and had his first solo exhibition in Westport, Ireland in 2013, entitled Hilom Hiraya: Healing Imagination.
